Well not having the list didn't stop them from being promoted. I was simply unable to post the names for those groups. Their promotions still went through just fine. :)

Tito should be promoted to Otaku Eternal ;__; He should have been promoted with me and all the others who were promoted to O.E. last month. ;_____; LOL

There were Legends and new Eternals but the system timed out when I was processing it so I didn't get the full list of everyone who was promoted this month.
