A cousin of mine is a big fan of Supernatural, which is why I Know about it. I'm very curious as to how it will turn out. I wonder if the anime companies are running out of ideas too, so they have to turn tv shows into anime now. xD

I'm in support for this only if the Anime stays a seinen/shounen-type Anime. If those Japanese make it shoujo/josei, it may ruin up the manly bloody action sense of the "Supernatural" we know and love.
Anyway, it's nice to see another prime time hit be given the animation treatment. If "Star Trek: The Animated Series" (1973) can turn out okay in terms of how well it maintained the dramtic sense of 1966's "Star Trek" (a.k.a. "Star Trek: The Original Series"), I don't see why "Supernatural" can't work out well as an animated show. Should this be given airtime in the U.S., this could be the first animated show to appear in the CW primetime airwaves since the cancellation of "The Oblongs" (2001), which originally aired on the WB in like long before the WB itself merged with UPN into the CW.

I'm not sure if I'm excited about this or not. I love Supernatural but not everything needs to be made into an anime/manga.graphic novel/what have you. Take Maximum Ride for example. That graphic novel was a bad idea.
