And when you say core gamers, I can only assume you don't know what you're talking about. Unless you just happen to consider an archery game or perhaps table tennis hardcore. Or maybe you're referring to the one where the little girl is painting the screen?
I'm sorry, but all you've done is shown yourself as a fan(boy/girl). This is a peripheral designed to go after the casual gamer market. Sure, they'll have games for hardcore gamers as well, just as the Wii does. But when it comes down to it, the Move is just the same as the wiimote: something whose main objective is to get non-gamers gaming.
I have heard Final Fantasy VII be referred to as a love story, an epic, the best game ever, the most over-rated game ever, a great source for fan fiction, the game where Aeris dies, that game with the spiky-haired emo, the game with the silver-haired emo, better than Final Fantasy VI, and as the Sony equivalent to what Halo did for the XBox (heard that one only once), but Jewish Mythology? That's thinking outside the box! :D
At least the Sony project is real and has a real release date, good for them. I think it would break Sony's heart if Microsoft released something like This at around the same time, but then I remember that "Natal" is just a story that kids made up to make Wii owners die a little inside.

I was going to write a comment here, but it turned into a long rant. So I posted it elsewhere. Basically, Sony, you're hilarious to point and laugh at for ripping off the Wii, but otherwise, eh, why not. More different things are always good.
