Is this really necessary: making apples even more popular by using them as handheld billboards? I mean, thanks to Death Note, they've already solidified their place in our pop culture.
Personal note: only way I eat apples in applesauce or apple pie (with plenty of ice cream or whipped cream. Now I'm hungry.)

actually, if not a lawsuit... it could be a new endorsement deal for apple. but that guy had better make it quick and copyright the idea. otherwords it will be easy to copy and do for someone else.
