I guess what I'm saying is that when you look closely at the right side of the third Kanji text for both names, you'll notice some sort of similarities in it.
Also, Susumu did mention "Yui" in his Twitter during that time as well, which is said to have worsened his nightmare and made more people confuse him with the anime character.
