The "think of the next person" part is a nice thought, and it's good for when it comes to keeping the seat clean.

I find it kind of a nice idea, I haven;t heard of any country that actually takes care of toilets like they do and keep them very clean; at least they care about the next person that uses it.

Nice idea tho, helping out mother earth. Leave it to the japanese to find a way to help and shock at the same time. Nice tho, very nice idea.
