I thought I recognized this artwork- I love Nihei-sensei's works! I haven't gotten to read this one yet, I actually thought this was from Biomega for a few secs. The colors set the mood well, and the quote matches the scan extremely well!

This is really dark...I LOVE IT.
The typography is also very nice. I like your use of Latin, it really suits the mood of the scan.
