After just one table I went through, I went through one of my dressers. I found it in the first drawer. It looked like a normal key, but I could tell there was a sort of dark sense about it, but just when I found it, there was a knock on the door, and a person stepped in.
I turned around suddenly, afraid that it was Oogie, but it was Sally instead. I just stared at her, and then looked down quickly. I noticed there was sadness in her eyes and pain. I don't know why though.
"Jack," I said in blank tone, but serious entwined. I turned my head towards him, and noticed that he looked up and was staring at Sally.
"Jack, let me explain," Sally started out, but Jack held out a boney hand to stop her.
"What's to explain?" he exclaimed in a sort of incredulous voice.
"What happened back there, Jack. Oogie tricked me. He told me that you didn't love me anymore, and told me to come with him. For some reason, I believed him, because you were too busy with Halloween, and wasn't paying attention to me. He tricked me, Jack. Please, believe me," she told him him in a sort of cracked voice. I could tell by her just saying that, she was telling the truth.
"She's telling the truth, Jack," I told him. I wasn't sure he believed me, but in just a few seconds, he kissed Sally, and she kissed him back. It on for about two minutes before they stopped.
"I love you," they both said at the same time. This made me loads happier.
"You got the key?" Jack asked me, as he turned to me with a happier face. I nodded, and showed him the key.
"I know which room it is, because I was never able to open it, so just follow me," I said with happiness in my voice.
