awww...that was so sweet. i hate hospitals,too. ugggg. i've never actually had to stay in the hospital,though. i kinda lucked out. my brother did,though. he had to get some kind of weird ear surgery..poor boy. and then,like,2 years later,he had to get it done AGAIN. but he's better now.
This is so sweet. Sometimes I think I am spoiled too, like when I complain because I don't want to go to my grandma's house. Sometimes (this is going to sound really childish of me) I just randomly break out crying because I know my parents are gonna die some day and Im never going to get to see them again and it will just be me and my sister. I can't imagine ever going through an expirience like yours, so I guess I am lucky. Now that I am finished babbling, I am super glad your Grampa's doing better! :D See ya around!

Oh gosh, reading this made me think of when my Grandpa was in the hospital a few months ago. It wasn't even very serious, but since he's so old, they had him stay overnight. Mom, my little brother and I went to visit him and I cried for probably five hours. So, don't feel bad about crying or anything like that. It's really natural. *hugs* That was a frightening thing you went through and I think you handled it very bravely.
So, be happy that he's feeling better and I'll pray that he remains well.
Okay, this is sort of a rambly comment, sorry ^^; But your story really moved me. (Sorry if I don't end up commenting on your beautiful picture, I'd really better get going)
