i personaly hate both naruto and simple plan, which would probably explain my negative emotions towards this post, however like i said before, those songs could go with anything, you just need an open mind, an open mind. infact, if you think about it, any song could go with anything! im sure many will disagree with me, i can here it now, but like i said and keep saying, open mind. example, a song says im so angry and sad and depressed! well, yeah, that can relate to naruto, but also fullmetal alchemist or inuyasha or cowboy bebop or avatar or ect. a song could say i crapped and it stinks and could still related to an anime! open you minds people.

Dude, many songs can be related to Naruto. Enter Sandman and Master of Puppets by Metallica suit Gaara and Kankuro (respectively) almost perfectly, and Gaara is also well described by Lordi's Blood Red Sandman.

Personally, I cannot see how you can say that any music artist is a fan of any anime unless they either profess it themselves or write a song with a very specific reference (e.g.: Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny). I've written quite a few fanfictions using songs that were popular when many of today's manga artists were either small children or not even born. Just because something "fits perfectly" is merely a conicidence... because you know what? Naruto is just a big huge, obnoxiously neon-orange ball of teen angst. Try taking a piece of big band-era music and comparing it to Naruto (or whatever anime you like) next time. You might be surprised. To break your Narutard theory though, I can tell you that by just thinking off the top of my head: "Generation" can fit Renton from "Eureka seveN", your quote for "Holding On" can easily accociate itself with most of the characters from "Blood+" and "What If" could be associated with any number of shows involving school-aged children/teens, including the ever-popular "Inuyasha".
