This was really bittersweet. I really enjoyed this, especially how it was all a dream but still real. I thought that was a great idea. You did a great job setting the mood, too. Keep it up. :)

Well . . . Ed and Winry will never ever see each other again because the meanies in Hitler's command wanted to open the gates to Shambala and switch between their world and Ed's world, which is completely wrong and unethical!! So Ed had to close the gates permanently, sealing himself in World War Two era Germany with his little brother, never to see Winry again!!! It's the whole 'star cross'd lovers' deal. ^_^

Thank you!! ^_^ I really wanted a happy ending for Ed [I'm a total Edward Elric fangirl ^_^] but I just couldn't see it, you know? The gates were closed and all, so Ed and Winry will never see each other again, and I couldn't for the life of me figure out a way to twist it so they would. I toyed with the idea of him meeting the parallel Winry, but it just wouldn't be the same . . . So . . . It's depressing =( But at least I got to get inside Ed's head for a while ^_^
