Vocaloid isn't a show/anime. It's a software program used to create songs. Miku Hatsune is, along with an amount of others, a mascot of this program, the personification of one singer you can use.

(Although, on Wednesday next week an anime based on one of Miku's songs is realesed. I'm SOOOO excited and... must calm down.... >< ^^)
