Beautiful art, this looks like it will be an interesting story. But as people have pointed out, your OC really does look exactly like Lenalee XD; Yes, her hair's a little longer and she has different hair scruchies. She has the exact same face, hair style, body type, and basically the same uniform. Looks lovely, but not so much with the creativity.
I love ocs, but since you are aware of the fact that your character pretty much looks just like lenalee withought color maybe you should change her design a bit.
