I think that the ending of Clamp's Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle(s) will end happy! It's just I think that Kurogane, Fai, Mokana, Sakura, and Syaoran all should return to Clow Country and live happily ever after there.
Fai and Kurogane could become guardians of/for (King) Syaoran and (Queen) Sakura. If not. Then, Fai can stay and Kurogane can go home to Japan and live "happliy ever after" with Tomoyo, but I think it would be hard for them, the team, to leave friend(s)/ship behind.
P.s. If you want to get out of the anguist (angst). Then, how about you read the online manga at http://www.onemanga.com/ It's already at "chapter 204" and by the way, if you DON'T WANT TO SPOIL ANYTHING, I ASK YOU NOT TO READ IT!!
