Ditto! I don't get recognized whatsoever! Pretty much all my drawings I take great care with, but no one ever really comment! (My BBF Homsar88 is an exception!) If this is a place for artists to get better, how in God's name are we when no one critques us?! ppl keep saying its not a popularity contest, but it is! You don't get ANY comments unless you follow these ground rules: 1)Be one of the best artists out there already on this site 2)Be popular 3)Drawing something funny and/or having to relate to a popular anime 4)Have fans 5)Or talk about an issue that many are wondering about If you dont hav 2 out of 5 of these you're pretty much SUNK *votes* ~aiya

ur artwork is kawaii! i dont know why no one would comment on it. its so cute. i kinda feel ur pain. i slave over a hot pencil fr hours, trying to get one aspect perfect. i finally put the finished product on, then, BOOM! no one comments on my piccys, and i go and cry. so, i feel ur pain!

thought i only have 3 arts i know wow you feel... i work really hard on the frig'n ms paint things {that are still all bad looking} and then i look back, and not to many things to look @... *huggs* it's okay *vote fav* ♥ girl ♥

I can understand that you want comments and votes, but don't waste talent on begging. Like Haseo said if art was all about the comments and votes then there would be no reason to come on here. People come to post their art as it grows with strenght, not if it's getting this many votes or comments. It doesn't help in the long run. Please don't use 'Struggling artist' so easily. It basically means that a person is an artist that continues to draw or paint or write lyrics make music, but can't make any money for the next rent or next meal. I'm not being a bitch or being rude. I'm quite the opposite as a matter of fact. People sometimes mix "struggling artist" with many other things which is completely opposite in it's entire. ~Biohazard P.s. Keep up the good work. Nyah!

aaaw, poor you. I know how you feel, I used to get barely ANY comments or votes on ANY of meh art. and it SUCKED. but dont quite out, everyone on this site starts out that way, after awhile, you make some friends, your art improves, and more and more comments/votes start rolling in. ^^

i understand ur complaint, but begging ppl for votes and comments isn't the way to go. there are plenty of artists on the site who have the same problem, get cut down, but still keep going. if all art was was about comments and votes, i think i would've left the biz a little while back. so please keep working hard, but no begging, it doesn't help overall. haseo
