Yeah, I hear ya; if you don't have to kill it, great, but if it's about to kill someone, sometimes there's not much of a choice. Heck, I don't know, maybe someone skilled with snakes will catch it and have a zoo buy it? I dunno.
Considering that Gaboon Viper couldn't possibly mate with any other snakes, I'm guessing it will either get run over by a car, or killed by a person (or animal.)
The best outcome would be if somebody caught it and released it back into Africa, but I doubt that would happen. Not to sound mean or anything, just being honest. :/

It is one of those fantasies that people have....that they need to realize is a FANTASY. I wanted a wild tiger, too, just so you can say you tamed the beast or whatever, but that's not exactly a logical decision.
Oh my goodness, I agree. Most people need to learn that wild animals need to stay at their own habitats. Plus, wild animals always have the wild behavior, even though they are properly tamed. Most countries are already having problems with dangerous animals; why bring more? Some people are either just not responsible or naive when it comes to animals. This comic is a good way to spread the news around. Great idea :)
