Yeah, I guess you just tend to care for something, animal and plant alike, and you do get attached... it's kind of like your baby, you know? :3

My mom grows like 3 of the aloe plant and we constantly use it too :) I know how you feel, I feel guilty when I have to pick pears off of our pear tree....
