Yeah, I heard a lot of people didn't like Vista very much at all. I can't say for certain, but to me, what you said sounds like a likely reason.

Ugh, just skip Vista!
I had it for only like 2 years
and it was all like...jn8tj28thal8!
In other words, I basically screwed it up. :(
But, honestly the graphic card messed up
and it kept freezing every minute!
VERY frustrating.

Oh yeah, they got Windows 7 right (for the most part... I could nitpick about some of the applications, but I don't want to take the time to do that XD). I mean, my nearly 10-year-old laptop runs XP (odd that the name looks like a smiley, huh? XD), which was also a good OS. I never did Vista, though. But 7 is good, and I like it.

But, if you like the type of computer you got,
then I don't see why you have to change that.
Personally, Windows 7 is the best PC I've had yet.

And I think I'm getting more used to the laptop.
Using the mouse ISN'T as annoying as before.

haha. that was the same for me too with my first time using a laptop :)
it just takes time to adjust ^^
