I loved this page while reading 07 Ghost, so I felt I should color it. This contest just kind of upped the inspiration so here it is!
The characters in this page are Teito Klien, Mikage, and Fest (who I won't say his real name in due to it being a spoiler!)
I hardly used the blur tool (to my happiness) and am personally happy with how this turned out~.

The page does not belong to me and neither do the characters. I just colored it. (^ J ^)
