March 3, 2010... My heart is gone, it left with an angel...

Gypsy, my very first dog, passed away on the afternoon of March 3, 2010. She was 10 years old, going to be 11 in November.

I drew this picture of her on the 2nd... and added the wings the evening of the 3rd...

The cause of her death was two large tumors on her spleen, that had quickly spread to her lungs in a span of three days... It happened so fast, leaving us all trying to catch our breaths...

As she fell into that eternal sleep, the colors of the room began to bleed away into the tears in my eyes...

Gypsy, we tried so hard... but it was too late and too fast... I love you...

She brought color into our lives when we met her, then left it grey when God took her...
