*The winner was an 18 year-old girl who made a charcter with prettyful blue colors~! :3 (he kinda looked like a mail man version of the blonde guy from tsubasa chronicles XD) She did a really good job on it!^^ That was also her last year to enter the contest, (13-18) I still have a couple of years to be able to enter. XD
