Actually this picture is based off of the prequel to FY (Called Fushigi Yugi Genbu Kaiden). The girl is Takiko, the Genbu Priestess, and the little guy shes holding is one of her Warriors named Namame. Hes actually made out of stone (a holy stone... i just forgot the name of it >_< ). Viz currently has volumes 1-3 released of the manga ... and its Soooooo Good! And Thanks everyone for all the wonderful comments! o^_^o

wow...I wish I could color like you using colored pencils...all I know is shade and Im not even good at it X♫X! Anyway~ this pic is like....haaaa!!! its very angelic like! it has this angelic atmosphere that kinda soothes your eyes ^^ but wait? is that a ginger bread man she's holding O_O? or is it a plushie like what ops said? and...this pic is of fushigi yugi??? omaaaaa!! waaah!! is there a second...er third? fourth season of fushi?? I only watched until Miaka had her baby!! (well the baby was still inside her...) waah! theres another fushi season????!!! waaah!!!! @♫@
