I thought he looked both like Chuckie and Freeza myself. I think he looks like Freeza's 4th form cause of the eyes and those lines running down from them. And his nose. But I used to watch DBZ all the time so I guess I could be influenced by it :P (Plus Freeza was my favorite bad guy in it)
