Wow. It's great just like your other pictures exspecially Vincent and Cloud

Looks great! Ed's cloak is especially nice. The backgruond is also really well done! The hands do look better but there's still room for even more imporvement. No one is going to be always perfect at hands, so no worries. My only recommendation is to work on the facial coloring. It looks a little dirty...probably some colors didn't blend well but just keep your eye on that. Keep up the great work!^_^

wow that is a really awesome pic! (did 1 person say no? weird..) i've only watched a few episodes of FMA but that's really good! it does look like you put a lot of time and effort into it! so that's good! it has great coloring and stuffs! lol ok see ya! ^_^
