Very well done once again! You are very well and blending those colors and you do a really nice job with those flesh tones(something most haven't mastered yet but you have)!
My only suggestion though (and I'm only doing this since you are certainly at this level) is to work on the profiles a bit. Often in cartoon characters(especially in anime) the noses of the character protrude out further then what you have here. I know Naruto's characters have the over-extended noses and doing that will also make the mouth and chin stick further out which gives the character's a more masculine and stoic look^_^
