haha! you're the same as my younger sister then. she loves that level. haha! anyway, i showed this to her and she says she lurves it! i do too even though i don't really play the game. i just watch my sister do. hehe! really like how you colored that part in the background that looks like the surface of the water already. looks kinda real. ^_^

I am speechless.^^ I know nothing of Kingdom Hearts (except for the theme ^^), but I'll enjoy anything that has to do with the sea, and of course if drawn by you...^^ I love all the different shades of blue in this drawing, especially Goofy's turtle shell's turquoise color...and I love how Ariel's hair color stands out from the rest. I think you did an excellent job on the background as well.

It's so good. =o= Especially the bg(so pretty). Sora's right arm looks a bit funny, but everything else is just wonderfully beautiful. Did you add a bit of blue to their skin(just out of curiousity)? Also, when you use a colorless blender, do you press hard or lightly against it?

Ariel, Donald, and Goofy all look good (I've never played the game, so I don't think I'm qualified to rate Sora ^_^) and I love Ariel's hair (so many shades O.O) But yeah, it's all good. Ah, positively exquisite, Elvzy-chan! This is even a new genre for your work, isn't it? This looks spectacular! First off, the back-ground looks excellent! Your acrylic back-grounds always have a lovely look to them, but this one is particularly nice because it adds to the underwater look that such a setting would obviously need. As always, your skin textures are incredible. You seem to have inept control over how dark and how light each hue is in each of the unbelievably minute areas they occupy. It's like your lines are thinner then the pencil lead you're making them with. For me, adding so many hues and shades on the side of an arm or something would be like trying to lay flooring tiles on the interior of a roof-top gutter. I'm also heavily impressed with the hair textures in this piece. All the individual lines of color make the hair look soft and natural. Ariel's hair came out particularly well here. You did a beautiful job with the lining and shades, creating what look like individual clumps of hair. The colors there are also particularly rich and vibrant. How many colors did you use in her hair, exactly? If I may make a suggestion though, aside from the parts of this piece I mentioned earlier I'm not seeing too many other textures. The hair, skin and back-ground all look spectacular, but it would have been great to see a little more texture added to the fish-tails, Goofy's turtle-shell and various other parts of the characters (on a side note, I think Ariel's fins, the lighter green ones beginning the tail that circumvent the waist and the larger set that make the fin portion of the tail are actually supposed to be translucent). However, that may be something inherent with the style of drawing that this pic required, as in the actual game does not include more texture on those objects as shown here. In addition, the faces seem a bit unfocused in this piece. Sora's and Goofy's face look great, but the other 2 seem a little off, in both the focus of the eyes and how they relate to the face's positioning. However, you've more then made up for any minute flaws I could nit-pick at with your always stunning use of proportions. Sora and Ariel's hands seem particularly life-like, in both position and form. The size-relation, depth and contour of the arms and their comparison with the chest and stomach area are extremely well done. You even did great on working with the contour and shading required for mer-being anatomy. In closing, this is a beautiful ElvesAteMyRamen rendition of a classic setting and set of characters. I would be thrilled to see you do more Kingdom Hearts artwork, especially some pertaining to this same area/setting of the game. It'd be a momentous thing to see you combine your refined, classical skills with the polygonal, "object & setting" feel presented in most video-games, both more of this one and possibly others. Spectacular work, Lindsey. Again, I'm on pins & needles to see what your next masterpiece will be like. ^_^

wow, i'm amazed! the characters are drawn so well! and you also did a really good job on (i don't play kingdom hearts, so i don't really know the names) sora and ariel's hair- i believe those are the names. you also did a really good coloring job! and the background is outstanding! it looks like a real underwater scene! especially since i think that acrylic paint is hard to work with! all in all, you did a very good job! keep up the great work! and by the way, you would do really well working for disney. i think you could. ^^
