Actually, sakura-chan309, the word "anime" doesn't specifically have to mean Japanese anime. There are others such as American anime and Korean anime (ex. Pucca).

i'll make u happy and be honest. i, personally don't like this picture that much. i mean its not even anime. my first qestion is... did u draw this on computer; it's impressive in that catagory. but please if your gonig to do anime fan art, please make it in anime. =^_^=
