Dunno...it's hard to appreciate Karasu the same way after having him live in your head for a while...*shudder* :D Just kidding... Actually, only comment...the eyes don't look like they're focused on the same thing...kinda crossed looking.

This is awsome! There's nothing really wrong with your anatomy or anything, more as the character. Karasu's nails are more pointed, demonish, also, his eyes seem to lack life. I'm not sure if that's intended or not. Try adding some lighting glare.
