Beautiful! Excellent work! The hair is absolutley breath-taking. The facial-expression is full of life and emotion. I also like the way you did her ears (though I would suggest not adding a fin to the inner-ear next time). You also portrayed the fact she just came out of the water flawlessly. She looks wet and slick, just as she should. Something you may want to consider is adding clothing to your mermaids. Though an uncovered mermaid is just as beautiful, having her wear a top of some sort (assembled from things you'd find in the ocean) can add character to her appearence. But it's your art, so if you prefer to stick with tasteful nudity (which you did here very well) then go right ahead. b~_'
