no. not offensive. but incredibly close. personally, i think that drawing that big of breasts on someone is stupid and unreasonable (i prefer to draw my girls with B cups. :P). But they're a part of anime for some people, so what the heck can i do about it nothing? The pic is cute, I like the background.
