nice picture. The coloring is quite good :3. Just needs a bit more definition on the skirt. my main suggestion would be to give her right hand (hand touching the hat) another finger. You hint at having 4 fingers on the other hand with the bump count, so it makes the lack of a finger on the other hand a bit striking. o.o It is like she has all but her pointer.
