Thats Miho Nosaka, she's in the manga for a brief period of time, and Tristan has a crush on her. In the original Anime though, she's seen alot more.

Aww, how sweet! Is this an OC or a character from another anime? Well no matter what others say, I LIKE OCs and I'm PROUD of it (as long as they're not Mary-Sues)!!
