Good Job! The biggest flaw would be shading/angle in the shirt. Since the angle of the pic. is from looking down, the hem of the shirt cannot be horizontal, it needs to dip down (like a "U" shape~) similar to hte collarline. Same with the shadows. Make sure you think, "Where's the lightsource coming from?" :) keep up the good work!
