Haha, no, we´re in the demon world so it´s a different heat (you can´t tell I´m making this up on the spot now, can you?). Or more like, he uses ice and snow, it´s not like he´s made out of it. Though, in all honesty, that water isn´t hot at all (Byakuya loves the cold more than heat, too, so he´s all right~). Heat is meant for Byakuya who - thanks to the strange flowers - went into a heat-like state.
