I really like this! she is so cute! her outfit remembers me of a pokemon breeder! and I love the colorful background (love rainbows everywhere) As a pokemon fanatic my only problem is that the tail should be heart shaped since she's a girl, but then again is a small detail!

This turned out awesome! That outfit really suits her and the headphones are a nice touch, as if the Pokeball that she's holding.
There is one little error that I feel I should point out though, even though it doesn't hurt the piece itself. Ever since the Generation 4 Pokemon games, female Pikachu have a kind of heart-shaped wedge at the end of their tails.
No problem, although I generally don't critique art, and my sense of friendliness seems somewhat ruder than meant, although I commend you on this art
work and it's thought.
