I just mostly sketch out the outline then color it in adobe photoshop.
(That's only what I use since my computer won't let me download any programs T______T)
I've never heard of a tradigital artist before, but I assume that sort of thing is done all the time (at least, I know I do that sometimes). What supplies/programs do you use to make your art?
