Thank you ! that's exactly what I thought by looking at the original painting ! There is an solemn atmosphere, of course the original one gives a even more majestic sensation.
Aw I'm sorry, english it's not my first language and sometimes I get confused! ^^" Thank you very much for all the nice comments, I'm really flattered !
Oh, wow, I wasn´t particularly criticising you, I just stated it´s brightness. For someone who just started with watercolor it´s marvelous, you know? This piece has its own charme and it´s perfect the way you drew it. I think you made the right choice in making it lighter.
Oh yes, you're absolutely right about it, in my version almost looks like it's daytime, so it's not as majestic as the original. I used a light shade of blue for the sky and the watercolors have become even lighter when they dried, besides I was worried that if I used dark colors it would appear muddy and messy, since I just started with watercolors. So yeah it's not surely at his best. I'll be more careful in the future. Thanks for commenting, constructive criticism are always appreciated!

You made the colors a bit lighter which makes the athmosphere not as heavy or solemn (or anything that really fits - can´t quite describe it) but overall it´s a lovely piece. Keep it going! ^^b
