Gangsta is a seinen manga, the main characters are killers, prostitutes and mafia members, yes. It's rather hard to precise what it is about, but you can read the summary on MyAnimeList ;)

This is a very good drawing; I like it. I haven't read Gangsta. Does it involve the yakuza?
