No that's basically a fictional organization of Nazi Vampires that's in an anime Hellsing. Nazis never did any research on reanimation, they were keen on putting more people in the ground rather than bringing them back. It's just one of a crapload of myths revolving a dictatorship at the end of WW2 desperate for a wunderwaffe to miraculously save their already doomed nation. We are so hateful of Nazis and their atrocities that we employ imagination to demonify that dictatorship by making up stories aimed at making Nazis far more horrifying monsters than they actually were.

Ah, nice!! This version came out great~~ *U*b Like before, the black shading on the suit looks really good. ;D Also digging how you did the shine in the hair! Great job!
