Way back in high school, I used to do the whole pen-then-go-over-with-pen/marker thing. But thats so much work! Don't you feel like youre basically having to draw the same img twice?
I so lazy...
need more practice. i've seen a lot of pros being able to just draw a perfect drawing in one go with pen. Hopefully someday i'll also reach that level :'D

I've drawn many a drawings with pen. I like drawing with pen, it is challenging but I enjoy it. I usually draw in pencil first and end up tracing them with a marker pen anyways for more permanance. Forgive me I'm rambling...anyway...
You did a really nice job drawing out the fairy and adding texture for more dimension. I love it. You did a really great job. You're a good artist with a keen mind. Veru creative. I especially like how you drew her wings and the scenery around her. Very nice.
