Aw. I didn't finish my first playthrough either, all those years ago. I didn't train my units well enough so they weren't strong enough to beat the final level. It was pretty sad, haha. But after that lesson in "what not to do in a Fire Emblem game" I was able to beat it the next time through XD

Regrettably, I've yet to finish the game completely! I almost got finished but I messed up and when I do, I always like to start all over lol!
Haha I agree about Sain dying - I kept thinking he had better speed than he did cuz green is supposed to be faster, then he would only single-hit or get doubled >.>
I remember having trouble with Sain on my first playthrough too. Almost kept me from playing the game, haha. Can you imagine if I hadn't picked it back up? O_o
