the blood splatters?
I drew red circles with a red crayola then used a wet ear cleaner and damped it on the paper, then after it dried I went back over it with the red crayola. oh and I also used the air brush thing to help make it look splattered.

Ah cool! I knew it was a blood plus fanart the moment I saw it. You should do more fanart, I like how your style infused with the characters :)
