YAAY SOMEONE ELSE WHO LISTENS TO WTNV!!!!! Yes I definitely see Cecil as having white hair and tanned skin like that :> Because of others' drawings, I do see him with a third eye (maybe fake or a tattoo?) on his forehead, hahha!
I recently listened to the Sandstorm part a and b and i'm so freaked out about Kevin and Desert Bluffs.... OxO
