Thank you for the dedication, clueless, and sorry it's taken me a while to get back to you on it. I really like the background and most of his hair (position of hair in face seem a bit off in my mind). I'm not sure what I think about the rest. The smirk seems a bit forced and the position.. I like the hand on his hip but not pulling at the tie.

I know you said you think it looks terrible, but I really like this! It looks very comic-esque with the dark lines and stuff. Usually your lineart doesn't stand out well and here it does, and it looks great!!
