Hm... I've never used manga studio. I just looked it up, and it seems to have virtually no blending tools. :T Paint Tool SAI is the best for anime screenshots, and you can buy it for like $50 through paypal. But if you can't do that, I recommend downloading GIMP... it's free, you might have an easier time making a screenshot using that program.
I'll PM you in a bit what I did using SAI, but it might not be very helpful for manga studio. >_<;
I'd love it if you'd PM me, but I don't have SAI, so I'm not sure if I'd understand all of it. I'm just becoming acquainted with Manga Studio, and I wanted to figure out how to make a fake screenshot with that.
