Maybe she´s thinking of a prank she played to a family member (e.g. little brother on halloween, like those parents who hid the sweets and telling their children they´d eaten all of it). She looks kinda elfish there after all.
She looks amused by something up in that corner, so maybe try to add something eye-catching and colorful up there. Sorry I can't think of anything better.
