WAH thankyou so much, Izuzu!!! I'm super glad you like this colourful pop art style, I was inspired to try it out by seeing another artist's work :3
I actually use part of a photo that I take. I change the colour to black and white and give it an inky effect so I get more of a vivid black outline of the animal. Not all the black you see is from a photo though, but the photo helps me create an original base to fill up with the colour! Most of the squares and stars are textures, but everything else is just my work from imagination and a plain brush xD

This is so awesome! ♥ I love how the colors and texture. POP ART! Who would not love this! >.< I guess I am three days late to seeing this one! I LOVE KITTIES ♥ It's a great use of textures I wish I had the patience to do this. BUT I still need to do your prize. My life is crazy with college and work and keeping my grades up. Thankyou Panda!! Sadly, my mom gave the print to the owner and supposedly she didn't say much O_o So idk if she liked it... but thankyou for your kind words!!
Its really fun trying out different colours and textures, and doing a bunch of random splats xD The artist who inspired me actually does it traditionally which would be messier but funner I'm sure!
