Oh my gosh that is the MOST ADORABLE red panda I have ever SEEN!! Who cares if their eyes aren't really blue, they're so much CUTER that way!! Plus the fact it was drawn by you makes it INFINITELY more adorable instantaneously!!

Thankyou ^///^ I'll pick up some flaws if I try this style again tho (always tougher the 2nd and 3rd time around for me xD). It was mostly to experiment the paint style, its kind of hard for me to get the right look without going into too much detail so its a change!
I did use a lot of blur but not exactly the blur tool... I use the SAI Water tool before putting it over to PS and using Glaussian blur effect over my base. Then I just build paint over it with SAI. OH the dodge tool!! I wish I would have remembered to use that! Usually I just use a layer of Luminosity or Overlay to get lighter effects :) Thanks so much, Aryia!
