in mangastudio i sketch with the darker pencil in blue, then i line it with the g-pen on a separate layer. =)

as for the canvas, i zoom out and generally just draw stick figures of how i want to lay things out then zoom in and fill out the details after. xD

but really.. if you don't wanna do line art, you can always sketch, paint, then line after~ :D

haha well perhaps I'm trying to find a shortcut which is not possible. i guess I don't really enjoy doing the line art.. at the moment xP

Ha so cool! I love that you added the "CAUTION KEEP OUT" haha. Great coloring on the hair - I would never think of doing it that way :P

btw have I asked you already how you draw the line art? XP I'm still struggling with that I and I don't want it to take huge amount of time for it xP
