the proportion of his arms and right hand seem a bit off tho. but love his expression <3
My first impression on the little animals in balloons was that they're ghosts of pets. Maybe the girl owned the pets at one point. Then I noticed that the magical person (don't know what to call him) is popping the fish's balloon. I'm not sure what that means. This might be a completely wrong assumption on my part.
Upon closer inspection, maybe the magical person is filling the balloon with water so that the ghost of the fish can "live" in the balloon.
Anatomically, I think that the magical person's finger that's pressing against the balloon looks a little too long. Everything else looks good to me. And I really like the lighting.
